Discussions will cover areas such as techniques designed to collect and preserve eyewitness evidence in the immediate aftermath of an incident, what (if anything) employers can do to protect the mental health of their workforce and relevance to civil litigation, stress and obstacles faced by first responders in the litigation process, in particular police officers.
