Since April 2000 Kevin has been a member of Maurice Byers Chambers. He is interested in law generally, and continues to have an interest in neuroscience, particularly now what might be called “affective neuroscience”. Over the years Kevin has been involved in cases in many different areas of the law, including tax, equity and trusts, commercial disputes, constitutional law, copyright, medical negligence and professional disciplinary matters, and very occasionally, criminal matters.
Doors open at 6pm with the presentation starting at 630pm. In keeping with the theme, the seminar will be followed by a two course Christmas dinner at 730pm.
This event is likely to be of particular interest to practitioners, students and researchers working at the intersection of psychiatry, psychology and law.
